Refund policy
Returns We want you to love your DeNic Fragrances purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless damaged or defective)
